transforming into and fitness blog. Will still post things I like though. (makeup, sillyness, funnies)
Day 26
The most exciting thing about achieving my UGW, I think would be the confidence and the lack of worry. Worry about my health and what I think of myself, what others think of me. Not having to constantly pull at my clothes to make sure they aren’t clinging to my fat. To not have to custom order clothes because nothing in regular stores fits me and nothing in the plus size stores suits me or is nice enough, to be able to run full out and not have to stop immediately to catch my breath, that’s one I am super excited about. Pretty much everything about being healthy excites me.

Day 25

Have I ever purged?… once when I was like 11 I had binged and was making myself feel horrible and just thought if I could get it out of me everything would be okay again so I threw it all up. It was seriously horrible. I felt even worse after doing it, after that I never did it again. The binging continued for awhile and I’m glad now that I’ve made a change and am more in control of myself, and happier for it.

Doing jump rope for 2-5 minutes a day could: Improve your stamina, flexibility, co-ordination, balance, rhythm and symmetry. It builds up and tones your thighs, calves, hips and booty! It also increases levels of calcium, preventing osteoporosis! Skipping burns about 200 calories in just fifteen minutes!

Love it!

Skipping is on my to-do list when I have more free-time after my exam :D
